We will only hold your information for as long as necessary to provide you with support services and then for only so long as we are required under our regulatory obligations.

After this time, we will confidentially destroy all information that we hold about you other than your name, address and date of birth which we will be obliged to continue to hold for the purposes of ensuring that we never act for another client where doing so would conflict with our obligations of confidentiality to you.

Under the GDPR Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, you are entitled to request any information we hold about you. You also have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you at anytime. You can do this by making a Subject Access Request to info@sikhlawyers.com.
If the information we hold about you is incorrect, you have the right to ensure this is rectified immediately. Furthermore, if you wish for the information we hold on you to be deleted this is your right under the Data Protection Act 2018.
